Collard-Picard

Two families, one signature

Founding partner

Champagne Collard-Picard was born in 1996 when Olivier Collard and Caroline Picard married, merging two winegrowing families rooted in Champagne since 1889.

Olivier brought the heritage of the Collard family from Villers sous Châtillon in the Marne Valley, where his grandfather René Collard was a pioneer of the Meunier grape. Caroline brought the Picard family's history in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, one of the great Chardonnay villages of the Côte des Blancs.

From their cellars at 15 avenue de Champagne in Épernay, they craft Champagnes that speak with two accents at once — the power and fruit of the Marne Valley, and the mineral precision of the Côte des Blancs. Their cuvées are built on long lees aging, minimal dosage, and an absolute commitment to terroir.
